Powder coat for a Western Electric 102 or 202 is $70.
This includes bead blasting and polishing which is a requirement of powder coating.
You must remove all parts and switches prior to shipping.
You can either remove the upper and lower bushings or let them burn out. The preferred way is to leave them in and purchase new bushings from us for $15.
Powder coat for a Western Electric 302 or a Kellogg redbar is $70 which includes bead blasting and polishing.
Powder coat of similar phones are the same prices. Prices quoted are for black finishes only. We can powder coat in a 60% gloss which is what the original finish was like.
We can do other colors for an additional cost.
We specialize in Nickel plating of telephone parts. Our work is done in house. If you need Chrome plating we can do that as well.
Another one of our specialties is polished brass with sealer so your polished brass will not tarnish. Our process does not use lacquer which is a cheap way to do things. Lacquer will not last long and shouldn't be used. Our sealer is specially formulated to give professional results with a finish that will outlast any other.
