This is an original #4 dial plate used on the early #4 dials. This particular dial plate is for a Northern or Western Electric No 4 dial. 

Western Electric 132B Dial Plate is an early style dial plate with 3 pins on the back side. Nice condition. It is similar to the # 2 dial 132 version except that it has the notch for the internal fingerstop.
