If you are overcharged on shipping as it sometimes happens, your extra shipping money will be returned when your item ships. We apologize for any inconvenience but our shipping program is not always flawless. If you live in a Country we do not have listed for shipping please contact us . Chances we can send your items thru Ebays Global shipping Program

 

                          Return  Policy

We want you to be happy with your new purchase. 

Old Phone Shop offers a 15 day return and exchange policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund,  credit, or exchange within 15 days of invoice date.

The only exception of this is all electronics such as convertors , digital tuners and electronic ringers and testers. On Electronic items and convertors please notify us within 7 days from receipt any defects or malfunctions. We will gladly exchange your item with no cost to you . Items must be returned with all original packaging.

 * Important   Any item that comes with special packaging and instructions must come back with original packaging in order to get a refund

Your return must be packed well. All damages or repairs needed will be deducted if there are any.

 Contact us before shipping so we can give you a Return Number. You can contact us at 414-425-1622 or email us at phoneman@oldphoneshop.com  Put this RN number on your box. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to a return or exchange.

Our processer charges 5.5% fees on purchases . All returns will be subject to this fee upon a return 

Additionally you may be responsible for a restocking fee on certain items which include telephones and electronics . Restocking fee on telephones and electronics  is 17% . This is besides the processor fees

This includes all Return to Sender packages received. 

If you have a store credit you must notify us of any intended  purchases by email and we will send the invoice to you . Do not purchase on the website with a store credit
