Nice Western Electric 233G payphone in Moss Green. This will work fully as a home phone. The 233G payphones were Black, Rose Beige and Moss Green. All had the nice-looking domed signs in the center. I love the colored 233G payphones. It is very hard to find nice ones. All 3 slot payphones are getting hard to find.

There is a nice Chrome door and all working locks and keys.Nice Chrome receiver hook and Chrome sign.

It has a beautiful green handset that looks like new and a very long handset cord in matching green. This phone came out of a collection in  Moines Iowa area  and sat in the collection for decades.

This beauty  had been sitting in a glass case in a collection for nearly 50 years. 

   There is a ringer inside the payphone to signal calls .This Moss Green Payphone was refurbished by The TELCO and was possibly for sale at the  Telephone Store . The Telephone Store operated for a short time in the 60s selling Western Electric telephones including some 3 slot payphones .
