Here is a very nice original Chrome coated Western Electric 3 slot pay telephone middle direction card frame set complete with 5cent card, plastic and mounting backing plate.
This will dress up any payphone.
It is mounted to the middle of your payphone with holes that are already there. Will fit all 3 slot payphones including Northern Electric and Automatic Electric.
