Not only was the flag frame well made but also came with a thicker than expected clear plastic window insert, rather than a thin, bendable sheet that you often see.
Here is a nice top card holder with card and plastic. It is called a top flag.

Not to many direction card were in blue. This one is blue and black and features a bell.
