More Rare than the 50A . The 50M is the Canadian version of the 50K . The special lead coin chute accepts Canadian Silver nickels .
This is a manual post-pay payphone or pay station. This antique telephone was made for the Bell System of Canada, it is equipped with a Northern Electric receiver & Western Electric transmitter with reinforced mouthpiece. The upper and backboard are cast iron.
The upper housing lock is a 10E with a flat keyway and the vault lock is a 12B.
I will include 1 Canadian nickel so you can try it in the phone . Canadian nickels are smaller than a dime and because of the specially made lead coin chute it will fit thru the 5cents slot
