Hard to find dial card holder for Stromberg Carlson dials including the 1212  fat boy.  Make sure what your Stromberg Carlson phone has as far as a dial. Many phones use the Automatic Electric dial. If it is trukly a Stromberg carlson dial this is the plastic insert you need. We will include 1 old dial card with the holder in nice shape.
