Great Adapter
I have an older home that has a 4-prong outlet in the bedroom. This adapter fit and worked perfectly allowing me to connect a telephone on the second floor so that I can now answer the phone whether I am on the first or second floor.
WE 225A plug made by Western Electric. If you have a 4 prong telephone outlet this adapter will plug in allowing you to use modular plug telephones.
Some are Ivory colored and some are clear.
