Here is a very nice original Western Electric #2 HB dial.

 This is the correct dial for A1 telephones and could also go on a Western Electric 102 and many other phones.

You need to do absolutely nothing but install this dial.

The porcelain alpha numeric Z dial plate is in mint condition. This is a notched dial plate. You do not receive the exact  dial pictured
