We have nice backboards for your Wooden wall telephone. Many of the wooden wall phones have the back board damaged or rotted. These are nice, routed oak boards and look like the original. You must tell us what size you need. The one pictured has a cathedral top.  We have them for all companies You just need to stain and finish. Or we can finish it to match for wall phone for $20 extra.
