Western Electric 102. Patented in the 1920s. Round base telephone. More rare than the 202 and were only made for 2 years.
Made after the A1 telephone which was one of the first desk sets.
Features E1 handset and matching brown woven cloth cords. Completely restored with a beautiful new finish.
Installed new upper and lower plunger bushings.
Buffed and polished bakelite handset with the spitcup.
Older #4 dial which has a raspier clickety clack sound.

I love this telephone. It is now sitting on my bar and receives calls from our immediate family only. It works great and we love the ring it brings to our home and how it dials. Love it so much I want another one!
I received the Western Electric 102 earlier this month, plugged it in and it has been working fine since. The finish is just like new. This is not the first phone I bought from oldphoneshop, got a Western Electric 202 also -it to works and looks great.
